Multiple warehouses

AB Report allows you to define and set up multiple warehouses. Warehouses are described as sub-accounts of the "Inventories" account of the Chart of Accounts.

Methods of goods flow management

AB Report supports a number of methods for efficiently tracking and managing the flow of goods. These include the use of FIFO (first in, first out), LIFO (last in, first out) and serial numbers. The chosen method is defined in the Accounting Policies section.

Customisable inventory workflows

Seamlessly customise purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfers and other inventory workflows using flexible document templates. AB Report allows users to tailor these documents and processes to their specific business needs.

Kits management

Kits are a bundled set of products or items sold together as a single unit. Include kits in sales orders for seamless processing and fulfilment. The software automatically reduces stock of individual components when a kit is sold or transferred. Detailed kit configurations are conveniently specified on the Item page.

Inventory tracking

Monitor and track stock level by warehouse. The stock card feature allowing users to monitor and detail stock movements for individual items.

Negative stock tracking

For temporary stock shortages, AB Report allows items to be sold or transferred. Rather than disrupting workflows, the platform accommodates this and provides a negative stock report. This feature is aimed at small and medium sized businesses, taking into account occasional delays in incoming documents.

Reporting and analysis

Easily analyse stock movements with inventory report. AB Report goes beyond standard reporting by allowing users to include all inventory performance metrics in custom reports tailored to their specific business needs.

User access control
